IS THIS THE CULPRIT??

My poor kids are blistered and I am on the hunt in the yard for the culprit. I am no hoticulturist and one plant looks like the next to me... Is this Poison Ivy or Poison Oak? I can't tell. Please, all comments are appreciated!!! I need to find all the possible plants and get them out of my yard!!!
