God knew us before we were born... The controversy.

So, just wanting to express some of my thougths and curiosities while I am still lucid tonight.

Can I get a general consensus that God knew us befoer we were formed in the womb, right? He created us to be who we are. To say that is to essentially say that when God created us He placed together every gene to make us who He wanted right?

You say to someone with cancer believe and you shall be healed. But would you say to a 28 year old person with dwarfism "believe and God will make you a normal height"?
